1. Overview
At Aurelian Noir, we strive to deliver the highest quality systems, network connections, and capital strategies. Because our products are digital, instantly accessible, and provide immediate entry into our private portal and communications channels, we maintain a strict refund policy as outlined below.
2. Subscriptions
For recurring subscription memberships (including Private Access and Elite Systems tiers):
- You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account portal.
- Upon cancellation, you will retain access to the services until the end of your current billing cycle.
- We do not offer partial or prorated refunds for mid-cycle cancellations.
- Subsequent subscription renewal charges are non-refundable once processed.
3. One-Time Private Sessions
For booked 1-on-1 private consulting or mentoring sessions (including Visionary Strategy tier):
- Sessions may be rescheduled or cancelled for a full refund if requested at least 48 hours in advance.
- Cancellations or reschedule requests made less than 48 hours in advance are subject to a 50% cancellation fee.
- No-shows or cancellations made after the scheduled session time has begun are non-refundable.
4. Exceptions
Refunds or billing adjustments will only be issued at our sole discretion, or as required by applicable local consumer protection laws. If you believe there has been a billing error, please contact support immediately.
